"Idyllwind Boots" is the brand. I bought these beautiful beige snake print boots the color changes depending on the lighting of the time of day. The leather is so soft and the boots are light and stylish! Highly recommend this boot store.

Awful customer service from Amelia. She hung up on me. When I called back she just answered and immediately put me on hold. (Not even a sorry we got disconnected” nope just straight to hold lol. Then she picks up says the item has been discontinued, but (I just saw it in there the other night) so I asked her to tell me the name of the item that I’m having her look into, and she couldn’t tell me. She just said over and over it’s discontinued. Then randomly she just puts me on hold again, and someone else answers. And truly helps me out. (Thank God) they all aren’t like Amelia. She told me the item and let me know that it is not discontinued and the sizes she has in that item. It was a good save. But man that girl needs to learn some respect and manners. If you don’t like working with people get a job where you don’t have to deal with them.

I wish they would have more boots size 6 wide. And More associates to help you find things. I got 3 pairs of jeans and I had to wait for some one to help me get a dressing room and when I could not find my size I had to wait because there was 1 person on the floor helping customers

They sell very nice boots. They have work, casual, and out clothing and boots. I recently bought 4 pair one for the kids daily and some work boots for me and going out boots for the wife.

Nice workers that are very helpful. More boots in every style that you could ever imagine!!! Quality here is not a problem. They have something for everyone ;)

Customer service is 100 . The shoe sales man was excellent, he helped me start to finish i tried on five pairs and he bought me this boot. He gave great advice. 👍👏🙌 nke my feet dont hurt me anymore.. definitely going back to buy again.. …
